NARINA MANUKIAN, ESQ.
Narina Manukian, co-founder and partner at Manukian Law Group is an attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey. Ms. Manukian’s practice areas concentrate in personal injury, real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Manukian’s passion for real estate law stems from her being an active real estate investor and maintaining a realtor's license herself, giving her clients the unique advantage of expertise from both a legal and business perspective.

Ms. Manukian also worked as in-house counsel at a global aerospace and defense manufacturing company. There, she negotiated multi-million dollar contracts involving the exchange of confidential information, intellectual property and trade secrets, within government contracts. She also handled the export control of products regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to ensure compliance with national security regulations. Ms. Manukian received training from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) in Washington, DC and enjoyed being involved in the intermix of foreign and national security.

To give her clients the additional benefit of a perspective from the bench, Ms. Manukian clerked in the Civil division for Judge J. Randall Corman in the Middlesex County Superior Court. As a judicial clerk, she managed an extensive docket and drafted opinions for the Judge. This experience provides her with great foresight in advising her clients on whether to settle or litigate difficult matters. At court, Ms. Manukian became a Certified Mediator and earned a reputation for being a highly skilled mediator and was honored with a personal letter from the presiding judge for her skills.

In law school, Ms. Manukian was a Clinical Associate in the Community and Transactional Law Clinic where she appeared on guardianship matters, handled business transactions, and obtained 501(c)(3) status for non-profit organizations. Ms. Manukian was a participant in the Bankruptcy Clinic and assisted clients with Chapter 7 bankruptcies. She also participated in the Mock Trial Program, educating children in Charter Schools on the basics of law.
Ms. Manukian interned with the Honorable Judge Predro J. Jimenez, Jr., the Honorable Assignment Judge, Travis L. Francis, A.J., and worked at the Law Office of Richard Greifinger, where she handled preparation for personal injury trials.
Aside from the importance of being a zealous attorney, Ms. Manukian believes in the importance of developing long-lasting relationships and bringing joy and value to others – whether a client, friend, colleague, or co-worker.

In her free time, Ms. Manukian enjoys chess, evaluating stocks, and spending time with family and friends.
